Don't know why but there seems to be much bias against Texas cities. I've been to every city listed more than once and just returned from two recents trip to Dallas and found that, contrary to some people's opinion, the city has a LOT going for it.

Los Angeles: C+
San Francisco:C
Seattle: C
Denver: C
Houston: C+
Dallas: B
Omaha: D
Minneapolis: B
Chicago: C+
Indianapolis: D
Miami: D-
New York City: D+
Boston: B
Philadelphia: B-

To me, there no such thing as an "A" city.

No ones getting A's here....

Los Angeles: C ~ I'd vist but it seems too crowded & fake. Plus im a Blazer's fan so I should give it a D just because of Kobe Bryant.
San Francisco: B ~ Seems cooler than LA
Seattle: B ~ It's in the NW so it cool with me.
Denver: C ~ Never been, but looks pretty.
Houston: D ~ No interest in TX for two reasons George Bush and the HEAT.
Dallas: D ~ see above.
Omaha: B ~ I, unlike most of you actually lived there and love it. It's not the best city in the country but give it a chance. Though I like living closer to the ocean and mountains of course. Omaha isn't bland, boring, ugly or racist so go there before you assume, and im not saying visit for 2 nights on business or drive through on I-80. Actually check out the neighborhoods, art musuems/galleries, zoo, restaurants, music scene etc. I live in Portland now, and I don't even see a huge difference other than the "west coast vibe". I'd move back to Omaha if it wasn't for the ocean at my finger tips.
Minneapolis: B ~ cool, but cold.
Chicago: B ~ Cool city, but it was super windy when I was there. I get where that name comes from now.
Indianapolis: C ~ Never been there but it's actually a place you guys, geesh. Isn't it one of the top 10 largest cities?
Miami: D ~ bleh, not even interested sorry. I'd rather go some place else less touristy in Florida.
New York City: B ~ I have yet to go there but it's probably one of the greatest cities in the world. So much culture and history.
Boston: C ~ Get's a C because it's not cooler than NY, sorry... go Yankees!
Philadelphia: B ~ I like Philly, it's close to alot of major cities. I almost moved there.

Los Angeles - C ( gangs, smoggy but hey it has hollywood)
San Francisco - C ( seems ok I hear it has a high gay population)
Seattle - D ( rain and seems like a dreary city )
Denver - C ( cold...really cold)
Houston - B+ ( home city )
Dallas - B ( reminded me of Houston when I visited )
Omaha - I ( no opinion )
Minneapolis - I ( no opinion )
Chicago - C+ ( cool skyline but almost got mugged when i visited, also ugly women )
Indianapolis - C ( The Colts )
Miami - B- ( seems like it will be cool place to visit )
New York - C+ ( overpopulated )
Boston - C
Philadelphia - F ( dirty and dangerous )

Los Angeles C-
San Francisco B
Seattle F- I hated every bone chilling non-stop drizzle day. Miserable, nasty people.
Denver: B
Houston: D- I never liked Texas mostly because of your cops.
Dallas: C- Your good looking women are a major asset.
Omaha: F I don't care for remote places/states.
Minneapolis: F Probably too cold = high heating bill. Not interesting but possibly nice people.
Chicago: D Too big and not interesting. Terrible, unplanned skyline.
Indianapolis: F- I hate rednecks and downtown is sinfully boring.
Miami: B Haven't been there in years and like to remember it favorably.
New York City: A+ When I start aging younger I want to go back for a month. This is America.
Boston: B-
Philadelphia: B Too much crime including our governor. I like it because you can get anything you want and don't have to wait long for it.

Los Angeles: F (horrible smog, highly overrated)
San Francisco:B (always seems to be spoken highly of)
Seattle:B (I hear it rains here alot, and I like da rain)
Denver: B (mountains and a decent city)
Houston: A (I've never heard a bad description from anyone I've met who lives here)
Dallas: - (dunno)
Omaha: A (for obvious reasons)
Minneapolis: B (a great city by all accounts)
Chicago: D (heavy on crime with a skyline that I can't stand)
Indianapolis: C (not much I hear about besides sports, and I think cities should be more than one thing)
Miami: D (have to go half a lightyear to get anywhere from anywhere else)
New York City: D (highly over rated, and not a good example of america. It is its own little country and it has a similar mentality)
Boston: - (dunno)
Philadelphia: F (went there and was consistently scared out of my wits. Homeless people wander the streets and aren't afraid to panhandle, and even the brightest lit streets aren't safe from muggers.)

I've only been to NYC, Chicago, Boston, Philly, LA and SF. The rest are just random impressions, so take 'em with a grain of salt.

Los Angeles: C (interesting in parts, but not my kind of town)
San Francisco: A- (gorgeous city, plenty to do)
Seattle: B (Never been, but heard good things. I like the skyline)
Denver: C+ (Seems like an OK city)
Houston: C- (Humid. Sprawling. No thanks)
Dallas: D (Like Houston, but without the water and humidity. Though I'm probably missing something)
Omaha: (no opinion)
Minneapolis: B- (I've heard good things, but I've also heard that Minny's winters make Chicago feel like the tropics)
Chicago: A- (best thing about Chicago? It manages to be both cosmopolitan and down-to-earth)
Indianapolis: D+ (On the plus side, Kurt Vonnegut is from here)
Miami: D+ (I'm not much of a beach person. Unsurprisingly, I don't care for Florida)
New York City: A (America's best city, bar none. Also, my hometown)
Boston: B (a very nice city, but I prefer Philly, nevermind NYC)
Philadelphia: B+ (yeah, it's dirty and has lots of crime. It's also highly underrated)
