First let me say I have no problem with people who are a different color then me. I am white but I have adopted people in my family who are hispanic and african american and we all get along and love each other. But I am trying to research which cities (maybe just the top 3) that have the highest percentage of caucasian people. Does anyone know? I know which states as a whole have the most caucasians but I was just wondering what cities have the highest amount or percentage? Like 90% caucasian or higher for certain cities. No offense to any other culture. I love all people from all backgrounds. Thanks for helping me with this research!
Depends on what size cities you are talking about. About any of them in Maine is 90+% white. Large cities might be harder to find, but small cities and small towns can be found all over that are above 90%.
Without doing any research, I would say that anywhere in Idaho, Wyoming, Montana, or either of the Dakotas would be likely bets. Blacks and Hispanics have not historically ever lived there and have never had a reason to move there. It's not like those states are hot spots for jobs, since they are so underpopulated. And don't most Native Americans live outside of the larger cities?
As Bydand mentioned, it depends on what size you are considering. I would imagine that there many small to medium sized cities in the Northwest, New England, or parts of the Midwest that are going to be mostly all white (90% or more). I think pretty much any city in upper New England, Montana, the Dakotas, Wyoming, West Virginia, Idaho, or Wisconsin (excluding Milwaukee) will be like this.
If you are looking at big cites, well here is your answer.

We had a thread on something like this before, although maybe with less benign motives than yours, and I recall Dubuque, Iowa being mentioned. Others that came out high were Scranton-Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania and Fargo, North Dakota. The cities of Maine and West Virginia, although small cities, also tend to be 90% or more white.
Granted you said "Caucasian" which in principle include many Cubans, Kurds, Iranians, and several other groups. Probably Turks too, but maybe they count as semi-Asiatic. Still I'm thinking you likely don't mean so much those groups.
