I am completely out of this whole thing, he just asked me if I could do some research to make sure he is taking proper steps. I also have told him I would leave, but he refused to allow that, he said, "You've done nothing wrong, you don't have to go anywhere. My heart would be broken." So I have moved everything possible into the basement with us, making my best attempt to seperate the 2 families until he does what he needs to do. We have even been cooking out of a microwave for a month now. He got proof the house is in his name alone, and sent them a certified eviction notice, giving them 30 days to get out, if this doesn't work he intends to go to a judge. This woman is manipulative, and devious. I would not put it past her to burn the house down before she leaves, or try to pin someting on my boyfriend.

She will do that. Accused of child molestation is the same as "guilty until you prove yourself innocent". Get a lawyer!!!!

If he bought the house, he can get them out-but do it with an ironclad alibi during the period he is getting them out.

Agreed if they're not on the mortgage they probably can't effectively "get them out of the house."

Poster that said "see a lawyer ASAP" is RIGHT RIGHT RIGHT. Do that. Now. It will be money very well spent.

Trust me when i say you dont want to make the kids allegation. It doesnt work like that and if anything, it will backfire because social services steps in by default before the police even file the report.

There are only a handful of false allegation cases on these grounds in ga.

Besides most people tend to villanize the people they have a problem with far beyond their actual capabilities. Basically making a mountain out of a ravine

ive been to houses that have been in the same situation. for sale but occupied by inlaws/whatever that did not want to leave for whatever reason. like i said, panicking and overcomplicating the situation only gives them power and benefits them. it's a mental thing.
