Good Day everyone. I will be posting this question in 3 states, but Florida is our primary target for obvious retiree reasons. But we are not tied to Florida and will consider the entire southeast coast.

Wife and I are looking for a retirement type of community where everything is self contained. We are thinking along the lines of The Villages in Flroida, which we have only seen a video of. We want to be able to golf cart to everything and have lots of places to eat and enjoy. Where in Georgia can we find something like this and what would be the price range?

Thanks in advance.

Though not specifically a retirement community, the only place that comes to mind is Peachtree City. They have golf cart paths all over the city, and you can likely find everything you'll ever need via golf cart. Hosing prices range from around $200k to as high as you'd like to go.
