While I cannot give you specifics on a particular complex, hopefully someone will.

However, I will give you a piece of advice since you are apartment hunting. Make the investment to get renter's insurance. They did a story on one of the local news stations recently that said it's estimated that up to 75% of renters DO NOT carry insurance here. Atlanta has quite a few apartment fires, and sprinkler systems are not usually standard in most apartments.

For around $20 a month you can get coverage for your personal belongings, so check with varied insurance agencies to get a quote. Many times even apartment leasing agents will have a list of them for you.

Sorry this doesn't answer your question direction, but I was just reading a story of yet another apartment fire locally and this needs to be brought up from time to time as whenever this happens so many people interviewed say they have no insurance.
