Hello everyone! I'm going to Dublin in a couple of weeks- my parents have some property in GA that I need to check on but I will be passing through and staying in the city of Dublin for 2 days/2 nights.

I've been there once before (I just spent 1 day and 1 night) and I didn't get to enjoy it. So any suggestions on places to see- museums, etc? How's the entertainment there? How about shopping? Please tell me there's a mall nearby....

Thanks!

Sorry to say that the short answer to your question is "no". There is a mall....it's a sad 'lil mall though. Bring a good book with you.

The anchor stores are Goodys, JCPenney, and Belk.

I haven't shopped in Dublin in a long while so *maybe* there's some cute local shops. I also tried to research some cultural events for you. There's just not a lot happening there unless you come around St. Patrick's Day. There's a lot of good people in Dublin, but not a lot of entertainment for visitors/tourists.
