I'll be in SE Georgia this weekend.
(Think Kingsland, Folkston, Woodbine....even Waycross).

Are there any Produce stands or Farmer's Markets in the area?

I know that St Mary's has one but since we'll be on the "other" side of I-95 most of our visit I figured I'd try there.

Hello, Granny. Kingsland is a lovely town other than it being connected to St. Mary's these days. Waycross is pretty cool too. I dont remember much about Woodbine, but Folkston is half decent too. I do know of a nice pick your own strawberry field on 84 just west of Waycross that has the best tasting strawberries and other fruit I came across up that way- last year it was anyway, don't know if it 'regressed' like so many other businesses these days. have fun while you are in that region. I love the St. Mary's -Kingsland metroplex except for the unneccessary sprawl that is there now, all due to northern transplants who commute to Jax to sit on their rumps and twiddle their thumbs all day for 'work'. that and the military base population ahs ruined some of the old flavor too. Many other places in this country have had the same happen too, so K-SM is not alone by far.
