Hi I have posted before but I am asking again we need to move to Georgia in about 3 weeks, My daughter is presently homeschooling because they start school here in Rochester NY 1 month later than Georgia. The areas I am looking at are Walton or Gwinett Countys.I have no problem with racial divercity since my family is hispanic. We do not party and all my adult kids are hard workers and will acclimate themselves in most any job, they are all coming with great letters of recommendation. My daughter will be starting her 1st year of Highschool and had honor roll all year.
We are looking to rent an apartment or house for about a year, then we will sell our home here to buy down there.
Were looking for about 550.00 to 600.00 for rent just till everybody gets on there feet, The area has to be safe and also the school, I seem to be getting mixed messages on school and gangs. I was told and have done alot of research, that Georgia schools are the best,There again I want her to succeed but am more concerned that she is safe.
Any help is appreciated. I have already looked in the post for these areas I am just hoping that someone has so personal advice
Thank You

Look into the Loganville High school area. You can find homes for sale/rent in the area.Stay away from Monroe city limits( just my opinion) . Loganville High School is where my son is a senior. There are few problems there. I won't say any, nobody's perfect. We have been very pleased with the school system here. If I can help you further let me know. I don't have info on rental property here but I am sure someone on this board can help.
