Does anyone know anything about the future plans for the Patterns Condos in Mableton? I have been trying very hard to purchase a town home there. Currently, I'm waiting on a short sale to pull through with the bank. But we all know how long that can take. In the meantime, I'm doing some research on this particular community and can't come up with much. It seems like a nice, quiet and convenient place to live, but I've noticed several empty units. I can't help but wonder...why? These places have been vacant for months and months. They start off as a regular sale or short sale...go into pending status and eventually go into foreclosure without being sold. Is there something I'm missing about this quaint little community???
