We just moved to Milton from Long Island a few weeks ago. There is definitely so much beauty to take in when you driving around during the day but for me the night time is something else completely. I am used to lighted 3 lane roads with lots of stores and people. I am terrified of the pitch black curvy forest roads here and feel like Freddy Kreuger is going to jump out at me with a axe. I am really so nervous because I feel like I cannot see the road and when there is someone behind me it's even worse. Worse because I am going too slow and I know they are impatient and the road is do not pass. And now everyone keeps saying watch out for deer. As if I wasn't freaked out enough how on earth do you watch out for deer. I am having a hard enough time seeing the road even with my brights. And what happens if you ever break down? I never ever leave the house anymore without a fully charged phone.

Does it get any easier? Will I stop being so afraid? I hope there is someone out there who can say something that will make me feel better.

You'll get used to it.
And if not, there's always gwinnett. We have lighted roads here.

I remember my first few months living in north fulton. I had a hard time acclimating to the dark and curvy roads. It'll get better. No Freddy Krueger.
Freddy Kroger, maybe.
