I think that if the Athens area can maintain the traffic flow and can improve some stuff in downtown; i.e. a public greenspace, less parking stalls, etc., then we'll be able to get more of these types of projects. The area is doing well for the way it's attracted a large Caterpillar manufacturing plant, a new strip mall (Epps Bridge Centre), and of course the above projects. Lets see how all this pans out, but I'm sure that Athens is going to get some serious growth if it plans things out well.
