Me and my husband are wanting to move to Warner Robins or Bonaire soon and were wondering what decent subdivisions or houses are located the closest to Cochran and Dublin. We looked in Waterford, but our price range is a little less (max $135,000). I know there are several in Bonaire, but I was wondering about any closer to the warner robins side. We prefer the newer low maintance homes, but like a few trees also.

Default a few places to look

I believe Bonaire and Kathleen side are going to be much more affordable than anything north of Bonaire.

I am not that familiar with individual neighborhoods, but I might be able to point you in the right directions. It is more appropriate to pm you.

i lived in Bonaire up until 2 years ago and i have to say that i dont recognize the area now!! its grown quite a bit and even has its own schools now!! Since its growth, Bonaire has became somewhat expensive as far as housing. (and good luck with having trees!!) Waterford used to be a nice neighborhood a few years back (i knew ppl who lived there) Some parts of Kathleen are still considered rural (along/around 247)... you might find homes w/trees there!
