I dont know to much the rest of the southeast, but earlier last week Macon was 10 inches in the whole today (12/20/2007) its around 7.94 inches.

The lakes are low but not empty...yet.

Here is a link where you can see the level. It is taken at midnight each day. BTW full pool is 1071.

Who knows.

That bs artist excuse for a radio station WSB 750AM bragged about its 750Water Watch, and every day for a while, announced how many days of drinking water the Atlanta Metro had remaining, but they've since dropped the ball, and suddenly there's no announced count of how many days of drinking water are alleged to be remaining.

For the amount advertising they get and the money they have to make (what with a chopper and all), this is just disappointing and irresponsible.
