I would like to know the best places to eat on Tybee Island. I am taking a friend out for her 40th birthday in the early evening next Saturday and I would like a casual beachside atmosphere and of course, great food!

I was wondering if you were thinking about moving to Alaska?

We have entered bizzaro world.

Sorry OP, don't know Tybee but couldn't let that go by. I do hear Savannah is getting a sheet of ice so you may get to experience a bit of Alaska and stay put.

The Crab Shack is my absolute most favorite place to eat there.

Didn't happen. Took my aunt to the eye doctor up there today and all was A-OK.

LOL Savannah shut down for two whole days because a few bridges had ice on them. It was great.

As for places to eat on Tybeee, despite the fact this thread is several years old, there are quite a few: AJ's, Sundae Cafe, Marlin Marina, Tybee Island Social Club, Fanny's, North Beach Grill...
