Neighbor replaced old fence,moved it back from line about 2ft. Leaving a 20" high ledge of dirt with a white pipe for something and stumps .I was pushing the dirt up to the bottom of the fence ,so as to seal any places my dogs might think to dig under. The neighbor came out told me to stop and that that 20" ledge was his land and i need to stay off it. Now this is on my side of the fence,making my yard look bad.
