Well, depends on what you want to know. It's in Cherokee County, it used to be a lot of farms which are all becoming subdivisions. It's a bear of a commute down I-575 into Atlanta.

Id like to know more about what the town itself is like. I wont be commuting to ATL, only to the airport, once a month. Is it a safe, friendly area? What is the shopping (groceries, hardware, basics) like? Is it close enough to Waleska or Canton?

We just returned from Woodstock to look for a home.
The area is beautiful. New subdivisions going up al over.
The Towne Lake area is great with lots of shopping and the people are very friendly.
I don't think you'd be disappointed.

Also, it's right next to Canton which is very nice as well.
You can either shop in the Bridgemill shopping center or Towne Lake.

Hello, I know you're probably inundated with information, and below is more for you. I am a Realtor here in the Atlanta Metro area, although I've never been to Woodstock, so I cannot give you specific information on what it's like living there. But hope this helps... Moderator cut: Removed
