So I will be moving to Georgia next week and working there the rest of the year. I have to fill out the G-4 Form. I am single with no kids. This G-4 is so confusing to me, and I am unable to find out much information on the internet. How does one fill out the "worksheet for calculating additional allowances"? I won't be itemizing my deductions. Someone please help! Thanks in advance.

Use the number you used on your Federal Withholding.

Or Just claim 1.

I was very confused with the worksheet part on the G-4 but it says to complete "if you claim additional allowances" and since I will only be working in Georgia for 4 months and not planning on itemizing, I guess I just don't fill out that part. Thank you!

Georgia Allow additional Allowances, that you can you to factor into your withholding, (Reduce the amount of taxes withheld).

The one I know about:

FosterAdopt Credit.
Rural Doctor Credit.
EV Car Credit.
National Guard Credit.

GA 529 College saving Plan Deduction.
...

There is some sort of House buying credit.
Tree Farming
and the list can go on and on... Those are the one (That may or not still be available) that I remember.
