My husband and I are moving up to Georgia from Miami in the 1st quarter of 2007. He is a Mortgage Broker and I am in Private Banking.

I am wondering when would be a good time to begin applying for employment since I would like to start working as soon as we move. Any information or advise would be greatly appreciated.

Traditionally, November and December are "slow" period. Still I would apply right now. This way, get in touch with recruiters and figure out what the market. So when company starts hiring again in January, you can jump on it.
