As an adult student that recently graduated and accepted a job in Duluth, GA., I have a few simple questions I am asking for input on.
1. With a wife and 2 boys (ages 7 and 1) I am looking for a family friendly and safe area to move them to.
2. With a small relocation budget, does anyone know of any real estate companies that will work with someone and deposit and rent prior to moving in?
3. The company is in Duluth with plans to relocate to Buford in '09. Knowing this I have been looking in the Suwanee area and even in the Hall county area. Can anyone help me on the difference in the two locations.
4. Anyone know anything about Creekside Apartments on Mundy Mill Rd. in Oakwood in Hall county?

Thank you for any information anyone can send.

Suwanee is more upscale and less southern, with many more transplants - some of the best schools in the area. Flowery Branch is a little more rural, but growing - it is more southern in culture. Hall county schools can be hit or miss, with test scores that aren't as great. Many parts of Hall County have a large population of illegal immigrants, so you do need to be careful as to where you live, unless that is the demographic that you are looking for.

If you are looking for an apartment, there are some nice complexes on McGinnis Ferry in Suwanee - very safe and convenient area, with good schools (Peachtree Ridge cluster). Not sure about the Oakwood complex - many people on the forum use apartmentratings.com to check out reviews of apartments.
