Hello people, I just got a new job in Snellville Georgia and my husband works in Decatur. We are wanting to buy a home in a well kept subdivision but are undecided on the best location, our budget is 160k. We don't want to live too far out like in the country since we have children that live near the city of Atlanta. Things that are important to us are safety, neighborhood demographics, convenience, cleanliness, shopping, and entertainment etc... not necessarily in that order. I was thinking about Lawrenceville, Snellville, or Norcross. Can anyone give me any information especially areas to avoid in any of the above cities. If anyone knows of any city not mentioned that is close to Snellville I'd consider it also. Thank you all in advance.
