Hi. I'm having a hard time figuring this out. What do people do here for daycare that don't work traditional 9-5 jobs, that have to stay late or go early to work, or that have a long commute.

It seems that all the daycares close by 6:30 -7pm. I'm new in town and I work in the creative field and that usually doesn't entail going to work at 9 and leaving by 5 or sometimes even 6/7, especially if there are deadlines or big projects to work on. I live in Marietta and I might have to commute south for work. I don't know anyone and my husband works in from like 3-9+pm. so any advice on how we can work out childcare without hiring a nanny or doing in-home. I don't necessarily have a problem with in-home. But I'm used to knowing the provider personally or knowing people that know the provider personally and I also worry about someones personal life encroaching or being exposed to the children in the home. I also want my daughter to interact with a good group of children. She's been a stay at home with mom baby for her whole life so far.

Also if anyone knows of any reputable daycare or in-home daycare that gives overtime hours near 30064 or something on the way south along 75 before the perimeter. My daughter is 14 months.
