I'm trying to find the name of the person(s) who bought the house that we built. We sold it in 2014 and those sellers turned around and sold it in July of this year. We have some paperwork (architectural drawings, warranties, etc.) for them. I've searched online and can't find any real estate transactions in the local paper.

Go to the tax assessor's website for your property's county. Search records by property address and it should show you the sales records and contact info (well, name and address at least) for the current owner. Good luck!

Henry County Assessor's Office

Search for your address on this site. It is the site mentioned in the post above. Should show the current owners.

But you know the address. Why not just sent it all through the mail?
