Heard about this earlier today. That exit (173) is what the Commerce exit (149) was years and years ago. They keep adding more and more stuff.

Cafe Risque was popular back in the day.

Cracker Barrel will be successful in Lavonia.

United States 441 (Interstate 85 exit 149) has blight as outlet stores have closed or relocated.

Across from the Cafe Risqué in Darien (now closed) there used to be a giant billboard of Jesus that said "I'm watching you!"

That Cafe Risque closed over 10 years ago. I think a gun shop filled the vacancy for a while.

Good for Lavonia for landing a Cracker Barrel. Now there'll be one every about 25-30 miles along I-85 from Norcross to Durham, NC [look at a map of locations if you don't believe me].

Not only is Cracker Barrel infilling along the Interstate 85 corridor, it has restaurants in markets not along interstate highways.
