If Metro Atlanta didn't Exist, what 2nd Tier would be the Power House of the State if any? (Columbus: to live, agricultural)

I believes one of those areas would had been the terminus

They logistically they could serve the same purpose as Atlanta.

I think you're agreeing with me, but I for sure agree with you. The brochure was very cool to see, and provided a unique look into Columbus history. However, That brochure just didn't provide anywhere near enough fact to convince me.

Yes, the brochure is extremely cool, but it should be posted for a reason. The problem is:
1. It has nothing to do with this thread at all.
2. It is from at least 60 years ago, although that little detail is not provided.
3. Whoever posted it didn't say what the hen-house it has to do with top Georgia cities if Atlanta never existed (and Atlanta did exist 60 years ago).
4. It's odd for the other poster to say the brochure "doesn't convince me" when it has nothing to do with convincing (and it shouldn't).

Please do not refer to me as "the other poster" ...with that said, I agree with your points, especially #4, but I'm very much aware that in the head of Fountain-of-youth (notice how I didn't call him "the other poster), it was enough (because they seem to be fixed on the ridiculous idea of Columbus somehow being the Shangri-La of Georgia)

I for one really loved looking through the photo spread.

What I don't understand .... going back to the original topic.... is why does and old picture of a small hydroelectric dam, which is something that dots the South thanks to the WPA, say it all for Columbus?
