This a map that I planned. It is 118 miles. It is a bypass of Atlanta. The tolls use cameras to scan. If the driver doesn't have a Peach Pass. Drivers don't play at the tolls. They pay by plate.

FWIW, I wouldn't open a link like that from a one-post wonder.... more likely to be a virus/malware than anything else.

This was also known as The Northern Arc.. so not a new idea. Also the toll would discourage people from using it, especially since most out of staters and many people outside metro Atlanta do not have a PeachPass. I wuld assume this would be mostly for non local traffic trying to bypass metro Atlanta entirely. If I remember correctly land aquisition and Nimbyism in the northern burbs is what doomed the Northern Arc.
