Ah Republican lawmakers..the party of pro business & less government intrusion in our lives seems to be a oxymoron at best !

The Republican Party and its supporters don't even care about business anymore, really. It's absolutely all about God guns and gays. And now Mexicans and deficit-on-steroids tax cuts.

I think republicans have vastly overreached at this point and are about to be in for a very rude awakening come 2020/2022.

Kemp seems to be attempting damage control at this point.

Yep. Bingo. They've been sold this lie that tax cuts equal jobs and Mexicans are taking your jobs. So they see tax cuts and refusing Mexicans as being business-friendly.
It's not a surprise, but it's nice that he's proving my opinion of him right (from a "I told you so" standpoint).
