This is actually a pretty favorable option for Georgia. If this wasn't happening, TSYS and GlobalPayments would have both been eaten up by private equity or some other companies. This will at least ensure both companies have a strong base in Georgia.

This could be a good thing. These companies don’t overlap in their business. They compliment each other. I imagine very little change. Still not a done deal, just talks.

Technically, they may still be crossing their Ts and dotting their Is, but if they've set an announcement date of Tuesday, it's highly unlikely it doesn't happen.

Could be the case. Could just be a JV or partnership deal. I don’t expect much change.

They will maintain dual HQs in Atlanta and Columbus.
