Hi, I am hoping to get some insight here regarding some Lots that are being advertised all over FB and other sites. Supposedly these lots are located in Brunswick, and the ads are 2 acres $17,000. Ive tried to get some answers but the company just encourages you to come on June 22nd and take the tour of the land. They say it is a gated community, some ameneties in place blah blah..NO street address, nothing more specific. Does any one know if it is legit? THe ad states "hidden Lakes Estates"

They've basically set themselves up as 'Liquidation Specialists', usually marketing bankrupted properties for a quick and dirty sale. My husband and I get flyers from them all the time.
