There's not going to be growth in other places "instead of Atlanta" but it would be nice to see more growth in other cities of the state. Growth is driven by people, people are driven by jobs. People from outside the state have to have a desire to live in these other places first off, and then there has to be major businesses/ industry that will give them a reason to want to relocate.
