I've only seen Kaiser Permanente facilities in metro Atlanta but I've heard they're pretty good compared to local regional medical centers.

Good to know. This helps. We will have to drive about an hour or so to a facility near us but if its good we don't mind.

We had Kaiser insurance here in GA for several years. We were pretty satisfied with the level of care, BUT, be aware that depending on health issues that arise, you may travel long distances to see a specialist. We live in Milton, the Alpharetta medical campus was nearby. To see a dermatologist I had to drive to Kennesaw. To see an ophthalmologist I was initially sent to Forest Park, then to Duluth, and finally Glenlake.

They seem to have a high turnover of staff, we never saw the same GP twice in Alpharetta. And their phone system is very, very frustrating. They have a "nurse line" for general questions, but if you require a call back you'd better be sitting by your phone for hours until it comes. If you miss it they'll leave a number for you to call, and that number will lead you right back to square one.

We have used Kaiser for 20+ years in Atlanta/Woodstock area before we moved out of state. We have always been please with their service. This is for a family of four so we used them quite a bit.

I’ve had kaiser for quite a while. Sometimes you have to be a squeaky wheel. I am pleased with their service and have no intention of leaving
Kaiser in California is huge building many new hospitals and facilities. Unfortunately Georgia is lagging, but still the system is easy Peazy.
