That would be true. If everyone was a responsible parent.

agreed. Of course, there will be plenty more damage by Republicans until we can restore at least some balance to the force. They have all three branches of government nationally, most state legislatures and governorships. If we can at least balance it out that would be helpful I think..

“That was always the case, we just wanted to clarify that,” he said. “Anybody who has gotten the driver’s license but hasn’t taken the test — even if they’ve met the criteria of so many hours on the road and went to driver’s school — they’re still going to have to come back and take the driver’s test.”

That’s not the message the state was sending after the April 23 order, which stated the driving test requirement “is hereby suspended and applicants for a driver’s license shall not be required to complete a comprehensive on-the-road driving test,” provided they met all other requirements. There was no reference to taking the test later.
Bahahahahahaaa. That clown is literally piecing this mess together by the minute. He probably got so much flack over it that he had to go back and readdress this stupidity. Now suddenly everyone who walked away with their licenses from their Captn Kemp cereal box suddenly gets the real April Fools joke.

I've read a few lawyers that opine that it may not be legal for Georgia to require anyone that already got a license to go back and get tested. Kemp can suspend laws, but he may not have the power to create requirements not otherwise defined in law. It might literally take an act of legislature to require that, and even then, it's possible for the courts to toss it as they could determine it imposes an undue burden, or is ex post facto.
