I want to move out in Georgia but I want to be about 30-45 mins from Atlanta and I particularly prefer homes with a lot of land(acreage) also my home range is 400,000-580,000 ...any idea on what towns I should look into?..I liked Lawrenceville so if there’s towns similar please let me know...Thanks!

Others can comment on other directions but I don’t see acreage within 45 minutes north of Atlanta at anywhere near your price point. The going rate in Milton for land only is around $150K an acre and that’s outside of your time constraint being closer to 60 minutes plus from midtown.

It doesn’t have to be a lot of acres but I’m definitely looking for nothing less than 1acre

Look at, Carrollton, west of Atlanta, nice town ,West Georgia College, 18 mile paved bike and walking track circles the city. About 45 to 50 miles into Atlanta. Your price range, I believe will buy house and land in county.
