Hello, I am a 39 yr old single woman, no kids looking to move closer to my family who lives in Fayetteville GA. It's nice there but really more for families. I'd like to find a place that has a affordable housing, a decent nightlife, I love live music; arts/culture and I am a harley rider so a town that has a strong Harley community would be great. I also want to be where there are single people close to my age range. I've heard McDonough and Athens are very nice. Does anyone have any suggestions on places? Also, about how far are Macon, Augusta and Savannah from ATL. I'm not opposed to SC, TENN or NC as long as I am no farther than 4 hours away from the family. Any help/info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Default Little Five Points

I must confess I don't have Harley friends.

Little Five Points is the counter-culture center of Atlanta. That's the only area of town I see Harleys.

It's located on Euclid. Small funky shops line both sides of the street. It's a very diverse community, and I don't think your age wouldn't be that much of a factor.

I am sure the Harley culture is diverse, and that you might fit in or you might not fit in. There's probably polyester Harley types, opera Harley types, and Muslim Harley types.

Several bars on Euclid have lots of motorcycles parked out in front. It's not unusual to see 15 or so lined up in a row. The motorclycles are beautiful.

That's my only exposure to Harley's. I'm sure there's other areas in metro Atlanta with a Harley following.

Good luck!
