My husband & I lived in Milledgeville up for app. 1 2/2 years and relocated due to job reasons. We searched all the lake areas and Subdivisions. We liked the subdivision "The Oaks at Willow Lake" because the lake to us was overpriced for the quality of home and some of the other homes or moble homes next door. The Oaks is located on Lowe Road not far from Milledgeville, Eatonton, or Lake Sinclair and has large lots, beautiful trees especially the dogwoods. It was quiet and just an enjoyable place to live with a neighborhood small lake which had huge bass in it. All the neighbors were very friendly. Our next door neighbors stated one of the reasons they bought their house was because of the good public schools, their children would be attending. Our kids are all grown.
Hope this will help
Good Luck

Greystone Arbor located on Log Cabin Rd near Lake Sinclair is a very elegant and safe subdivision. It features beautiful houses and very nice people. It is also the only gated subdivision in milledgeville.
