From my understanding it is quite a long time! And not too mention if you are applying for a delivery position, you can not work full time for like a year or more. You will be required to work as a loader in the warehouse for like
4-6hrs a night or actually like 3am-7am. Once you have done this for like a year or more it is my understanding that you then have to get in line to wait your turn to drive a truck. I have heard of people waiting years before they got their own trucks to drive. GOOD LUCK!

Do you know anything about the process for Supervisor Positions within UPS Supply Chain Solutions?

Check out the following article. It looks like that UPS is trying to downsize Supply Chain Solutions or even spin off the division.

I understand what they are doing. I am in Automotive Manufacturing and the package is really aimed at individuals with High Salaries near retirement. I totally understand and it is something in which UPS will recover from easily. I am actually being recruited for the listed positions in which they are looking to consolidate.
