hi, I am moving from atlanta , single mom with a boy 4yo. I would be interested in a good safe area , a smaller town, good schools, good hospitals, affordable home prices around the big city . Can you give me any suggestions, I will appreciate any ideas. I am thinking of N of Atlanta... Safety is important, malls to do grocerys....

Sorry, even with house prices coming down you might be lucky to find something. I have heard of some foreclosures as low as that but most of them were one bedroom condos. I know our townhomes in Cumming GA are more then 100k. They tend to cost around 130-190k. Good luck
