Your not looking... When I was your age i dated more than 80 women in a single year... You need to consider where women / people go ... that is where you will meet them.

I grew up in Warner Robins but moved away with my parents to the Atlanta area when I was a senior high school. Its been 20 years almost. My parents moved back just 2 years ago.I had a great upbringing there but now its just too slow for me.I still like it but not to live.I do come for long weekends to visit with my parents. My sister (a single parent)moved in with them temporarily as she was laid off in Atlanta. She and I experience people who just seem to be stuck in their ways.Everyone who is not married just wants to get drunk and eat out.People just wanna listen to hip hop and country it seems. No body wants to expose themselves to new things that are different.I still think its a great place but I just want to meet some people who are more progressive about life. Not just eating at Applebee's and shopping at Wal-Mart.

Yup, you've pretty much summed up the town; lol. Basically, the few "progressive" people in town probably don't go out to the get drunk with the unprogressives. You do have AF in your name, I'll assume you're in the Air Force, get involved with on base sports and activities. You'll probably never find satisfaction in WR, I'd plan on spending a weekend a month in Atlanta...Good luck.

Just friends, people with somewhat common interest.People that are worldly and not "scared" of the world.

I live in the northern suburbs and have the same problem meeting people because the area is mostly married with children and they only want to do things with their family or other families. Or they don't want to do anything at all because they're broke from the kids being so expensive or their prior divorce(s). Most of the single people are inside the perimeter and that's like 35 miles away and without transit and $2.50+ gas makes it too expensive for me to go into town for social activities. But enough excuses...
You might have some degree of luck meeting people on meetup.com or some of the dating sites have an option for "just friends" that you can choose. You might also do some volunteer work. That's could help if you don't meet anyone at work.
