I found a HUD home that is owned by Pemco in an area that I really like. It has a piece of paper on the window saying it is HUD owned but it isnt listed yet. I found it on a real estate website like zillow from when the owner was trying to sell it. It didnt sell and is now HUD owned. Do you know if I could contact anyone to get it listed? I really like the place and have been pre qualified for that price range for FHA and conventional. I would really like to put in an offer as soon as possible. Any help would be appreciated!

I called Pemco and they said it was a newly acquired property and to call back in 5-6 weeks to see if they have any information on the home. Seems like a long time for it to just sit there.

You need to go to Pemco website where the property is(State/County).They will post the listing as soon as the property is available.You also need to locate a Realtor who is registered with HUD so you can view the inside of the home and do the transaction for you.
