You can locate the answer at www.dmv.org Click on the state of Georgia and then click on Georgia Drivers License (center of the page, under the title your online guide to the Georgia DMV). Then under the main menu (left side of web page) click on commercial License. Hope this helps.

Default Cdl

CDL's are a national license now that states issue. There should be nothing special for you to do to transfer yours to another state. I moved from NY to MD and all I did was give them my NY license and they gave me a MD license. Well, of course, I had to give up about $100.00 bucks too though. Or around there. All depends on what your state charges.
I could be wrong, so checking with the MVA is a Great idea.
Good Luck,
John

How to transfer your commercial drivers licenses from Alabama to Georgia? Is there a CDL test for Georgia?

There's a CDL test for each state, now that there is no ICC
