Where do most people in Sharpsburg and Newnan work? Are there many local jobs or do most have to commute to Atlanta? Are most of the local jobs just retail? Also, is the comute to Atlanta by car or MARTA? Thanks.

alot of people work for delta at the airport so thats about a 25 min drive, I would say alot of people work at stores also because there are so many around here lots of people also work at doctors offices around Newnan and MARTA does not come down to Newnan but if you work in Atlanta there is a couple GARTA buses that run fron here to ATL a few times a day

Buckheads nice if u like living in a big city the traffic is really really bad thats one reason I would never live there its just not for me its for sure the nicest and safest part in Atlanta , thats one reason i moved to newnan its not as populated and faster to get places the traffics not bad like in the city

You can live in places like Smyrna and be at roughly the same distance from the airport, but you'd also be a lot closer to places like Buckhead and the Perimeter. I think "working at the airport" is a silly reason to live in PTC, though I know there are other good reasons (like if you own a golf cart ).
