Good afternooon. hope you are still around. looking at old home in Dawson to restore. do you still feel historic district is safe?

Any update would be helpful.

Americus is much more attractive than Albany, and as between the two, safer. It is smaller, yes, but has a nice little downtown and some beautiful old homes up and down S. Lee Street. Americus also seems to be safer.
