Is North Village in Harmony? Do you like the little cottage? My Husband and I are moving to Ga and looking around for a house and would have visiting grandchildren.

Default No Kids!!!

Well, I too am a perfectionist and that's the reason I'm looking for a 'NO KIds or (especially teens), permitted sub-division.

Hi Bill.
I live in Madison Park in River Green. What section did you buy in? I was reading through this thread and I had to giggle because you did the same thing my hubby and I did. We were all about Bridgemill and must have looked at 50 houses there...but we ended up finding the right house in River Green.

You made the right choice. Once you move in you'll see how many people living in RG used to live in Brdgemill.

Hey guys,

It wasn't the swinger talk that swayed us although my wife was disturbed to hear about that.

We looked at so many houses in Bridgemill for a year or so and found 2 that we really liked but both went under contract before we could get our house sold.

Then we decided to check out a few other neighborhoods and really liked both Harmony on the Lakes and River Green.

We ended up finding a really great deal in River Green and we are supposed to close next week. We really can't wait.

jenny, yeah it sounds like we have done the same exact thing you did. The listing agent for the new house lives in River Green as well and she moved from Bridgemill.

I think our section is called Reynolds? We will be neighbors in a week! (hopefully. This selling and buying process has been a serious adventure).

Thanks Sandy, let us know when you are coming up.

Bill

Reynold's Park is a nice section. Great floor plans. Congratulations and welcome to the neighborhood! If you have any questions or want some info, feel free to PM me.
