My family and I are relocating to PTC / Fayetteville area of GA. I am looking at several private christian schools in the area for my elementary aged son.

Any personal reviews or experiences (if you have kids there or gone) would be most helpful. We are middle class, middle aged African American family moving from south Florida. Husband works outside of home and I teach online courses from home and keep my newborn so I can drive a bit if necessary.

Looking at:
Landmark Christian
St. Paul Lutheran School
Community Christian School (in Stockbridge but someone told me only about 30 min away).

Also any reviews on daycares (I have a 3 year old) I will be attempting to enroll somewhere-
Kids R Kids- 10 Lexington Pass (PTC)

Honestly, unless you want the Christian atmosphere for your child, the public schools in the Fayettev County are much better. Peachtree City has the top schools in the state per schooldigger.com. There are several preschool programs in the area like at the Catholic church or other places, but for for school-aged child, I'd do public schools.

We live in Fayetteville where there is a bit more diversity (we're Black). We did private at first, but you are already paying taxes for really great public schools. Plus, Landmark uses some of the same textbooks the public school uses. Why pay double for the same things? Also, Fayette schools have relatively low class sizes. Right now, the state just mandated that class sizes go up to 25, but Fayette is going to try and keep it a bit lower if possible.

Just my two cents.

Oh, and that Kids R Kids is excellent.

Landmark is excellent and has a PTC location. My kids have had a total of 12 students in their classes for the last two years. Chapel and bible are wonderful - they are kingdom kids!
