Damn you know the stretches of Michigan and Fulton between College and Ottawa are steep and dangerous in the wintertime...so why do you consistently neglect to scrape and adequately salt them? Those stretches are notorious....what size stick of dynamite up your collective behinds will get you to attend to those streets in an expedient fashion?!

No stick of anything up their rear-ends will do anything, for most city department managers (no matter the size of town or city) there is no room for anything else up there, their head takes up all available real estate. What does work though, are constant complaints. Every time it isn't cleared... complain; have everyone you know that has to drive that stretch call and complain whenever it isn't cleared. Eventually they will get sick of the constant complaints and make it a priority to clear just to stop the b'ching.
