Hi everyone,
I am a RN working in the OR. So this is a two part post. The first part is what are the best ORs to work in in Grand Rapids? I am interested in both inpatient hospitals and in outpatient surgery centers.

Second. Are there any high rise apartments in this area? I am moving from san antonio and I am interested in modern high rise apartments in the downtown apartments.

I am looking in the January time frame looking for any help i can get.

Thanks for any help in advance.

Thanks,
Kayleen

There are a couple high-rise buildings downtown. Plaza Towers...I guess 38 is sort of mid-rise.

Downtown Grand Rapids

Might help.

Plaza Towers would be the tallest (34 floors) built in 1991, rebuilt in 1997. It's a mix of hotel, apartments & condos with the apartments on floors 8 through 14.

Gallery on Fulton (built 2010, 14 floors) is a very new apartment building located above the UICA art gallery.

Icon on Bond (built 2007, 9 floors) built as a condominium that failed to sell and is now an apartment building. It's located on the northern side of downtown in a quieter area.

38 Commerce (built 2010, 8 floors) very new mid rise.

Some, or all, may have waiting lists to get in. Good luck with your search.
