Just wondering where people are getting their LOCAL news these days. Not so much the sensational crime stuff, but information on city council meetings, school board meetings, business news, local sports, etc.

Do you still subscribe to a newspaper?
Do you read one online?
Do you prefer radio news?
How about local TV?

A mixture, some from MLive, Rapid Growth, The Rapidian, trusted sources on social media. The printed newspaper seems to be a waste these days. Very little seems locally focused, and it's news that's at least a day old.

Michigan Radio (104.1 FM) and The Rapidian are my main sources of local news.

WOOD-TV 8 does a great job covering GR and the entire West Michigan area. They have good news, weather, and sports guys. I have no complaints with them.
