What high speed internet options are available in the Grand Rapids area?

We personally have AT&T DSL. There's also Charter Communications and Comcast Broadband in most areas.

Thanks Magellan. What's the standard up/down broadband with DSL, maybe 512K/1.5 Mbps?

I think AT&T has different speed packages. And yep, looking at their website, they do:

DSL Residential Service—AT&T Yahoo! High Speed Internet

I believe ours is the 384K/1.5, and it's not too bad. Not as fast as the broadband we used to have, but not markedly so.

I personally think Comcast cable is the best deal out there, it also provides the fastest download speeds for a cheaper price.

Actually I'm more interested in upload speeds and low ping.

Comcast will offer the highest upload speeds and lowest ping, i've used both... comcast without a doubt
