*I wasn't sure if anyone posted about this yet*

Since it sits in the Heartside Historic District, it had to approved by the Historic Preservation Commission.

That really will change the dynamic along Fulton. I'm not even talking height, with Venue tower almost done there will be no open spaces between Market and Division. I hope it actually does go vertical, I sense a slow down in new construction on the horizon. It would be sad if this didn't make the cut.

Is there anything planned for the parking lot on the corner of Sheldon and Fulton?

Thanks MJLO. Do you happen to have a photo of how the building looks off of Sheldon. Basically, how long is there frontage of the building on Sheldon?

Also, is it true that the 12-story office building called Twelve Weston is completely halted. If so, that's too bad.

Yes, the office tower is dead. The Twelve Weston property was sold to LC Companies, who are now planning a 6-story affordable housing apartment building. LC is the same company that developed Klingman and Baker Lofts in Heartside.

Here's a picture from the Sheldon side:

This is what Twelve Weston will look like now. A lot shorter but more in keeping with the neighborhood I guess.
