I am thinking of relocating to the Grand Rapids area. Would I be able to find a newer home in the Wyoming area for @2590,000, @-3 bedrooms? Thank you

Absolutely. I guess it all depends on what you are looking for as far as size goes. I see a few listed currently that are under that price and has 3 bedrooms.

Most of the homes in Wyoming are well under that price. But there is a real nice area of homes in your price range in a new area just to the west of Metro Health U of M hospital. If you look on a map I'm thinking Byron Center Road on the east, 52nd street on the North, Ivanrest on the west, and M6 on the south. Even though that area is in the City of Wyoming, it is mostly in the Grandville postal area and I believe in the Grandville school district (which is a good thing.)

EDIT: Looking at your post again, I think you meant to write $259,000, not 2,590,000. I don't think there are any million dollar houses in Wyoming, although prices have been increasing dramatically the last couple of years. The houses in the area I mentioned are more in the $259,000 range.

Exactly. There are actually 7 listed right now that meet that criteria in Wyoming.

OP if your job is in Wyoming then you could expand your search area to include Grandville, Kentwood and even Caledonia. M-6 runs right through there and is pretty easy for commuting.
