Default Not to be negative but..

I'm not at all trying to be negative with my reply, I happed to be looking at similar stats tonight and came across this information:

Worst Real Estate Markets in 2008

I have seen conflicting numbers all over the net, although this site was mentioned on CNBC has being a authority for housing market trends. It has GR listed as one of the worst 25 markets in the country. I guess there is a great deal of difference among sources. Although it did mention the large amount of foreclosures has led to higher sales overall of housing units due to great deals. I will keep searching to see if I can find a government source for housing data to see what numbers they have for Michigan.

hahaha no offense taken, the housing market is really bad in Miami right now, but I'm just renting a condo.. tis all good
